- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the shop, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed
- Interview, hire, and train new staff members
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as necessary
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and banquet service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with food production and catering operations
- Hospitality management experience is a plus
Must be willing and able to work Saturday and Sunday from 8:00am to 12:00pm.
