The Huddle is a dynamic retail store located inside Briarwood Mall, specializing in officially licensed sports merchandise. We primarily carry NFL products, along with a selection of NBA, MLB, and NHL items. We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service and creating an exciting shopping experience for sports enthusiasts.

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and maintaining a positive shopping environment. You will play a key role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
• Provide knowledgeable information about products to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and checkout areas.
• Process returns and exchanges following store policies.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer experience.
• Communicate effectively with customers, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
• Assist in stocking shelves and managing inventory as needed.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Ability to sell products effectively while understanding customer needs.
• Proficient in operating cash registers and POS systems.
• Experience in retail sales, preferably within a grocery store environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong phone etiquette.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
