Position Overview
We are seeking friendly, outgoing, reliable, and detail-oriented Front Desk Team Members to be the face of our club. This role is essential to delivering an exceptional member first experience by managing daily check-ins, assisting with reservations, answering questions, and supporting smooth club operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests warmly and professionally
- Check in players for open play, leagues, clinics, and events
- Manage court reservations, schedules, and waitlists
- Answer phones, emails, and in-person inquiries regarding memberships, programming, and policies
- Process payments for retail purchases accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
- Communicate club policies clearly and courteously
- Assist with event check-ins and special programming as needed
- Coordinate with court monitors, coaches, and management to ensure smooth daily operations
- Promote memberships, programming and sell pro shop items
Qualifications
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer service focused
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using computers, POS systems, and scheduling software
- Ability to sell products
- Able to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Availability for early morning & evenings and weekends preferred
- Interest in pickleball or sports hospitality is a plus (but not required)
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
