**Program Leadership & Development**
- Responsible for overall program development within the Fun & Wellness. Department, including planning, overseeing, and assigning volunteers to individual and group activities tailored for older adults.
- Collaborate daily with employees, volunteers, and community partners to create a positive environment, build relationships, and address any issues promptly.
- Possess experience working with older adults and people with disabilities.
- Work closely with all departments to facilitate seamless program delivery.
- Manage the center calendar of meetings and events, attend staff meetings, and complete necessary reports.
- Work with the Director of Development to coordinate and execute fundraising events (Keystone Awards, Donor Appreciation, etc.) and community engagement events (Third Thursday, speaking engagements, and the like).
- Create event budgets, timelines, and logistical plans in collaboration with the Director of Development.
- Create and maintain metrics to evaluates success of all events and gather feedback for improvement.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and manage volunteers to support event execution.
- Apply public speaking and event planning skills to represent and promote The Hub's mission effectively.
- Collaborates with the Director of Development to identify ways to involve the Sheridan County community in The Hub's mission.
- Community volunteers leading Fun & Wellness classes.
- Intergenerational activities to increase cross-generational involvement.
- Building and supporting a Community Life Committee to expand volunteerism and deepen public relationships.
- Oversee the use and maintenance of physical spaces (Art Studio, Fitness Room, Community Room) to ensure safety and accessibility.
- Provide basic on-site multimedia and tech support as needed.
- Manage supply orders for programs and events.
- May drive company vehicles for day trips or use a personal vehicle for job-related travel.
- Work with the Finance Department to manage and track program-related budgets.
- Maintain physical fitness necessary to perform job functions (e.g. lifting, standing, and computer work).
- Committed to upholding professional standards, completing required screenings, and maintaining necessary certifications for employment.
