Job Overview

In this role, you will work directly with adult and senior participants, assisting with daily activities, promoting social engagement, and ensuring a positive and enriching experience for everyone in our care.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively engage with participants through games, group activities, and social interaction
- Assist with arts and crafts, baking, cooking, and other creative programs
- Serve meals and provide support during mealtimes
- Help supervise local outings and events
- Support participants in daily activities while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and team-oriented attitude
- CPR and PCA certification required (can be obtained after hire)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
