The HT Group has partnered with a client in Beaumont, TX in need of an Admin/Receptionist. Monday-Thursday 7:30am-5:30pm with an hour lunch. Pay is $15hr. This is a temporary position estimated to last 3 months.
- Greet visitors
- Answer calls and make calls to applicants
- Verify application information for accuracy
- Verify applicants’ expiration dates for ISTC, TWIC, and additional cards deemed necessary - must navigate through various websites to verify the given information
- Use computer systems to confirm and update data
- Document and file information efficiently
- Handle basic clerical tasks effectively
