The HT Group is excited to partner with an international real estate organization in the search for a seasoned Senior Regional Human Resources Business Partner based in Austin, TX. This strategic role requires a proven HR leader with 10 years of high-level experience, ideally within the construction or homebuilding industry. The ideal candidate will bring an active SHRM certification and deep expertise across full-cycle HR functions, including benefits administration, payroll oversight, and compensation strategy.

Primary Responsibilies:
- Administer full-cycle benefits, payroll, and compensation programs, including open enrollment and vendor coordination.
- Address and resolve employee relations matters; conduct fair and thorough investigations.
- Lead and mentor the HT Coordinator to ensure consistent delivery of HR services and initiatives.
- Administer the 401(K) plan and ensure compliance with all required annual reporting and audits (EEO-1, ACA, 401K, I-9, etc.)
- Manage regional HR processes including service awards, VOEs, unemployment claims, workers' compensation, leave administration (FMLA, ADA), onboarding, and offboarding.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Active SHRM-CP, or equivalent HRCI certification.
- 10 years of HRBP or HR Generalist experience.
- Strong knowledge of benefits, payroll, and compensation administration.
- Background in Real Estate or Homebuilding Industry.
- Ability to start ASAP
