Financial Controller

The HT Group is partnering with a growing, multi-location organization to identify a Financial Controller who will oversee the company’s accounting function and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting. This individual will play a critical role in strengthening internal processes, supporting strategic initiatives, and partnering with leadership to drive informed business decisions in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of driving change management initiatives, including the development and implementation of improved processes and procedures, along with demonstrated experience mentoring and developing high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; CPA preferred
• 8 years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and experience in complex or multi-entity environments
• Background supporting audits, financial reporting, and close processes
• Experience working with ERP systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Ideally sageIntacct)
• Ability to interpret financial data and communicate insights effectively to stakeholders
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
