- Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and service requests while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Create, prioritize, and manage service tickets within the company's ticketing system.
- Coordinate technician schedules and dispatch field staff based on customer needs and service priority.
- Maintain accurate customer records, perform data entry, and support administrative workflows.
- Assist with procurement activities, vendor coordination, and preparing customer quotes for products and services.
- Previous customer service, dispatching, administrative, or help desk experience.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn CRM and ticketing systems.
- Experience in an IT, MSP, or technology environment is a plus.
