Responsibilities:
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, email, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Conduct discovery meetings to identify customer needs and recommend managed IT and technology solutions.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM records.
- Collaborate on proposals, presentations, and managed service agreements.
- Represent the company at networking events while identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
- 3–5 years of successful B2B sales and new business development experience.
- Strong consultative selling, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms and managing an active sales pipeline.
- MSP or technology sales experience and experience selling to SMB or K-12 organizations preferred.
