$80,000 - $90,000 annually
Job Description
The EHS Specialist will be responsible for the following:
· Creating and updating policy as needed to align with changing scopes of work, client requirements, and industry standards.
· Hazard Identification & Analysis
o Taking part in job kickoffs, toolbox talks, safety meetings, etc.
o Reviewing and making recommendations for site corrections & Safety Action Plans
· Program Administration
o OSHA, PHMSA, and FMCSA program tracking and administration
o Developing and maintaining compliance programs through various platforms
o Operator Qualification administration & evaluation
o Inspection & other forms of training as needed
· Utilize compliance systems to log & track various safety metrics
o Maintain client requirements and request/create documents as needed
· Compliance assistance & oversight
· Relationship building & business development
o Attending events and connecting with operators and potential clients
o Connecting with operators and potential safety clients while on-site
Requirements
· years of experience in a relevant EHS role, involving compliance audits & hazard analysis
· Bachelor's Degree in an EHS relevant discipline preferred
· Previous experience with employee training preferred
· Willingness to work in a growth-environment with long-term growth potential
Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
