JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists guests with carrying luggage and other items to room Parking and retrieving guest vehicles Perform various other duties as assigned to meet business objectives
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum of one (1) year in hotel customer service supervisory role Minimum of High School education. Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check and Drug Screening
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Ability to multi-task Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing Team player Ability to exceed expectations of guests Knowledge of cleanliness standards
