Job Overview
We are looking for a P&C Insurance Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients while promoting and selling various insurance products.
Leads are provided with achievable target earnings that would put the agent above 100k 1st year and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service.
- Provide clients with information about different insurance products, including coverage options and benefits.
- Negotiate terms of insurance policies to meet client needs while ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
- Perform sales administration tasks, including maintaining accurate records of client interactions and policy details.
Experience
- Property & Casualty license active in TX (have or obtain General Life license within 3 months of hire)
- 2 years in insurance sales with track record of performance
- Experience in customer service, telemarketing, or related fields is advantageous.
- Bilingual is a plus

Pay: $40,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
