In This Role, You Will:
- Oversee daily operations of Chaparral Meadows Apartments, serving as the primary tenant contact and addressing concerns
- Ensure property management aligns with company policies, regulatory requirements, and budget guidelines
- Assist with leasing activities, including processing applications and managing lease renewals
- Coordinate maintenance requests and collaborate with vendors to ensure timely repairs and upkeep
- Perform groundskeeping duties such as landscaping and snow removal
- Clean and maintain common areas and assist with unit turnovers, including preparing units for new tenants
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in property management, leasing, or customer service preferred, along with basic record-keeping and computer skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, follow up, and ensure completion
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
