About the Role
This family is looking for a warm, reliable, emotionally steady nanny for their 9-year-old son. He's energetic and sports-loving (baseball especially), enjoys neighborhood friends and outdoor play, and is equally happy curled up with a big nonfiction book about animals or dinosaurs. The family is navigating a season of transition, and the right candidate becomes a true anchor — dependable, patient, and attuned to a child who's working through change.
The parent has a demanding, variable professional schedule and needs a genuine partner in the household — someone flexible about timing, confident managing the routine independently, and comfortable with occasional overnight and weekend coverage.
