Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, and carpet cleaning to ensure a pristine environment.
- Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and equipment to maintain hygiene standards.
- Handle laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens.
- Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities and supplies used; manage inventory of cleaning products and equipment.
- Use manual handling techniques safely when lifting heavy furniture or appliances during deep cleaning or moving tasks.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure outdoor areas are tidy and well-maintained when required, including outdoor furniture and entryways.
Experience
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles with knowledge of janitorial procedures.
- Familiarity with various cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, steam cleaners, and carpet extractors.
- Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, and sanitation standards to deliver high-quality results.
- Ability to manage time efficiently to complete multiple tasks within scheduled periods while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in outdoor work environments is a plus; must be comfortable with heavy lifting and manual handling tasks.
- Strong client communication skills to understand preferences and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience with cleaning detergents, disinfectants, and proper disposal methods to promote safety and hygiene standards.

Pay: $23.92 - $28.80 per hour
