Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Room Attendant role, based in San Antonio, TX. The Room Attendant will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of guest rooms including making beds, changing linens, vacuuming, dusting, and replenishing guest supplies. Additional duties include handling laundry services, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests by addressing their needs promptly, and maintaining communication with team members and supervisors to ensure high-quality service standards in the housekeeping department.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in performing room cleaning tasks, including making beds, cleaning, and vacuuming guest rooms, while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in handling laundry and restocking linens as part of daily operations.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests, team members, and supervisors.
- Customer service skills to ensure a welcoming environment and respond effectively to guest requests or concerns.
- Prior housekeeping experience in a hospitality setting is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adhere to hotel standards.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting.
