Professional Residential, STR & Commercial Cleaner

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Professional Residential, STR & Commercial Cleaner to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation of all areas within residential and commercial spaces
• Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures following company standards to ensure health and safety compliance
• Manage laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items as needed
• Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents effectively to achieve optimal results while maintaining safety protocols
• Handle manual tasks including heavy lifting of furniture or equipment with proper technique to prevent injury
• Maintain excellent client communication by understanding specific cleaning requests and providing friendly, professional service
• Conduct outdoor work when necessary, including outdoor surface cleaning and trash removal to uphold property appearance

Experience

• Proven custodial or housekeeping experience in residential or commercial settings is preferred
• Familiarity with cleaning surfaces such as hardwood floors, tiles, carpets, and upholstery is highly desirable
• Experience with various cleaning equipment including vacuums, steam cleaners, buffers, and pressure washers is advantageous
• Knowledge of cleaning detergents and sanitization products along with proper handling procedures is essential
• Strong time management skills to efficiently complete scheduled tasks within designated timeframes
• Ability to perform physical tasks involving manual handling and heavy lifting safely and effectively
• Prior outdoor work experience is a plus for roles requiring exterior maintenance or surface cleaning
