Position Highlights
- Specialty: Surgical Oncology
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Clinical days: 2–3 clinic days per week averaging 15 patients per day
- Surgical days: 2–3 OR days per week with approximately 5–7 cases; volume may increase based on candidate capacity and community demand
- Call: Optional General Surgery call available at 3–4 days per month
- Practice setting: The Hospitals of Providence Memorial Campus — a 500-bed facility with a dedicated inpatient oncology unit and outpatient infusion center
- Support systems: One-call patient navigator system to streamline care coordination
- Significant unmet community need with strong growth potential for the right candidate
