Qualifications

The hospital provides a broad range of rehabilitation services and care to patients recovering from strokes, brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, orthopedic injuries, neurological conditions, amputations, trauma and more.
Education:
- Graduate of accredited LPN/LVN School of Nursing
Licenses/Certification:
- Current LPN/LVN licensure in the State employed
- Valid BLS Certification
