What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guest Reception Mail Associate And Driver position at The Hospitality Hub of Memphis?
The Guest Reception Mail Associate & Driver is responsible for sorting, distributing, and forwarding mail for guests. In addition, this role provides transportation for guests and staff and assists with item pickups as needed. The Guest Reception Associate & Driver will greet guests as they arrive at the Hospitality Hub to pick up their mail. People come to the Hub potentially carrying decades of trauma. The role of the Guest Reception Mail Associate is to help ensure that the Hub is a welcoming, safe, and trauma-free environment. The Guest Reception Mail Associate & Driver may need to problem-solve throughout a given shift and should be comfortable with independent decision-making during crises. This role will be an important source of support for the Guest Reception team.
The Hospitality Hub works to help people exit homelessness. Located in downtown Memphis, the Hub campus is a safe, kind, and respectful environment that serves as a single point of entry to comprehensive support services for those experiencing homelessness. We provide our guests with the stabilizing resources they need, including temporary shelter, assistance acquiring identification, employment opportunities, and referrals to community partners.
