Duties
- Set up dining areas with appropriate tableware, linens, and utensils to ensure a polished presentation.
- Assist with greeting guests, guiding them to their tables, and providing prompt seating assistance.
- Clear tables efficiently, ensuring dishes are cleared promptly to maintain a clean environment.
- Replenish supplies such as napkins, condiments, and utensils to keep service seamless.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas by sanitizing tables, chairs, and surrounding surfaces regularly.
- Support the serving staff by delivering food and beverages as needed with professionalism and courtesy.
- Report any maintenance issues or guest concerns immediately to ensure swift resolution.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting or bending comfortably.
