Credit Analyst (Project Finance)
The Credit Analyst for Project Finance works with the Group Head and the other Credit Analysts and supports Project Finance Risk Management in the handling all credit risk related issues regarding Project Finance transactions located in the Americas
DUTIES:
· Securing sustainable credit decisions while respecting risk-oriented capital use in the lending business and identification of credit risks.
· Independent risk-oriented and targeted analysis of elaborate documentation for credit inquiries (e.g. appraisals, project contracts, forecasts).
· Development and (pre)analysis of financing structures for project financing incl. adjusting analysis of cash flow models, preparing indicative rating
· Support HO in preparation of credit applications.
· Verification of credit documentation and participation in negotiations.
· General monitoring and analysis of the credit business in the allocated project finance market. Monitoring and control of the specified portfolio focus.
· Depending on the portfolio structure assisting watchlist and remediation/workout cases.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
· In-dept knowledge of Project Finance transactions
· Knowledge of credit processes, tools and systems
· Ability to working independently with internal and external customers
· Ability to work in a (virtual) team setting and on project work
· Strong analytical skills; ability to judge and have keen perception
· Ability to communicate articulately
· Thorough knowledge of computer application skills (MS Office)
Salary : $165,000 - $175,000
