Key Responsibilities
- Mount electrical components on back panels
- Ability to read electrical ladder diagrams
- Use hand tools and diagnostic equipment safely and correctly
- Maintain accurate documentation and job records
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic mechanical aptitude (hands-on experience preferred but not required)
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Ability to work in industrial environments
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Trade school, vocational training, or mechanical coursework
- Experience with control systems
- Familiarity with hand and power tools
- Previous work in a panel shop
