Job Description
The Hook Up is looking for a Shop Manager to join our team. The Shop Manager will be responsible for ensuring the shop runs smoothly and effectively. They will be responsible for assisting the Shop Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the shop.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Shop Manager or similar role in retail or other related fields
- Knowledge of inventory management and stock control methods
- Ability to lead a team of employees and manage workload effectively
- Excellent organizational skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Reliable, organized, and trustworthy
- Experience in inventory control and inventory management preferred but not required.
Duties include:
Manage day-to-day operations of the shop (manage inventory, scheduling, billing, customer service, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and company policies
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
- Oversee staff’s performance and performance expectations. (manage staff’s time)
- Train new hires on how to work in a retail environment. (manage staff’s time)
- Oversee daily cash deposits and deposits from all customers’ purchases. (manage cash handling procedures)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
