What You'll Do
As a Housekeeping Inspector, you'll help ensure guest rooms consistently meet the hotel's quality and cleanliness standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting final inspections of cleaned guest rooms
- Identifying and correcting cleanliness or presentation issues
- Assisting with housekeeping duties as needed
- Changing bed linens and making beds
- Replenishing guest supplies and amenities
- Vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing rooms
- Supporting team members during busy periods
- Helping create a positive guest experience through attention to detail
Every room you inspect and clean contributes directly to guest satisfaction and the overall success of our hotel.
What We're Looking For
Qualified candidates should have:
- Previous cleaning, housekeeping, or hospitality experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic computer skills
- Basic math skills
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Good communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to follow established procedures in a fast-paced environment
Previous supervisory or leadership experience is a plus but is not required.
