DAILY WORK:
- Welcoming guests and carrying their luggage as they arrive and when they leave
- Providing incredible customer service by politely engaging with guests, answering questions, explaining hotel amenities and features, and recommending local places to visit
- Escorting guests to their rooms and helping them navigate the hotel
- Promptly stepping in to resolve service issues and meet guests' needs
- Helping keep the lobby, entrance, and bell area clean and organized
- Assisting the concierge and front desk staff as needed
HOTEL BELLMAN QUALIFICATIONS:
- Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused attitude
- Ability to lift and carry luggage weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable work ethic and professional appearance
- Preferred - hospitality or customer service experience
