What You'll Do
As a Guest Services Bell Attendant, you'll be one of the first team members our guests meet. Your role is essential in creating a warm welcome and ensuring visitors enjoy a smooth, comfortable stay from arrival to departure.Key responsibilities include:- Greeting guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Assisting with luggage during arrivals and departures
- Escorting guests to their accommodations and providing hotel information
- Sharing knowledge about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Responding quickly to guest requests and service needs
- Supporting front desk and concierge operations when needed
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and entrance area
What We're Looking For
Successful candidates are personable, dependable, and enjoy working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.Qualifications:- Positive attitude and commitment to excellent guest service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the property
- Ability to safely lift and transport luggage weighing up to 50 pounds
- Professional appearance and reliable attendance
- Previous hospitality, tourism, or customer service experience is helpful but not required
