As a Swing Sales Rep, you’ll be the face of our brands in stores — keeping shelves stocked, displays looking great, and products moving.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and key account contacts
- Drive outside sales revenue and increase distribution of company brands
- Prospect for new accounts through regular outside sales calls
- Service the account on every visit, including light merchandising
- Lead, schedule, and at times execute resets in order to expand portfolio
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet volume and distribution goals
- Anticipate objections and provide effective solutions
- Ensure products are in code, saleable, and properly merchandised
- Maintain or increase shelf space and secure secondary displays
- Monitor competitive activity and report market insights
- Support promotional events, grand openings, and special dealer requests
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and voicemails
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time
- Maintain company equipment and property in clean, working condition
- Follow all company policies, safety standards, and recall procedures
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
- Proof of insurance (state minimum required).
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to work weekends (required).
- Willingness to complete pre-employment background and drug screening.
