To assist the Sales Management team in achieving the company’s sales goals and objectives by performing all assigned duties in a professional manner.
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES - PUBLIC RELATIONS
- Cheerfully handle all product/consumer complaints in an expedient manner, ensuring that Pepsi-Cola’s high standards and credibility are maintained.
- Submit all consumer complaints of severity to Somers, NY in a timely fashion.
- Research, forward, and file all donation requests.
- Call on Tel-Sel accounts
BUSINESS ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Tracking of new item authorization
- Tracking of voids, both accounts and brands
- Updating cost containment (daily)
- Responsible for communicating price and cost increases
- Responsible for updating incentive programs to Sales Representatives and managers.
- Collecting sales dates and brand information for sales presentations.
- Develop PowerPoint presentations for the District Managers and Director of Sales
- Send completed weekly CTA report to required individuals
- Compile CDA information from the sales team monthly and forward to the accounting department
- Review and approve all invoices within D365 for the sales department
- Fill in for the Food Service Department during vacations
ADDITIONAL ACCOUNTABILITIES - ADMINISTRATIVE
- Professionally dispatch all incoming sales department telephone calls.
- Process all vending licenses for sales and full-service vending department.
- Order and maintain proper inventories of Sales department office supplies and printed materials.
COMMUNICATION
- While maintaining inter-departmental goodwill you are further required to: Coordinate phone communications from Pepsi Representatives, Merchandisers and Drivers.
- Assist Tel-Sel, Fountain Tel-Sel, Vending Operators when necessary
RELATED DUTIES
- Attend company sales meetings as required
- Follow all safety practices as mandated by company policy
- Follow all company rules and regulations
REQUIREMENTS
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
- Typing speed >60-70 WPM
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask effectively
We offer an hourly rate of $19-$23 per hour. Excellent benefits which include medical, dental and vision. Eligibility in benefit plans begin the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Six (6) days of sick leave; two (2) weeks of vacation accrued throughout the year; nine (9) Company Paid Holidays and a 401K Plan with employer match.
