We are seeking an Executive Assistant who will be responsible for providing high-level administrative and strategic support to the Managing Director, Hotel Manager and senior executives.

Key Accountabilities
• Manage the Managing Director's complex calendar, prioritizing competing demands and exercising independent judgement in scheduling decisions
• Coordinate and prepare for high-level meetings with ownership, senior leadership, and external partners, including agendas, briefing materials, and follow-up actions
• Serve as a primary point of contact and liaison between Manging Director, ownership group, executives, and internal departments
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and itineraries
• Support special projects, strategic initiatives, and executive-level events as assigned
General Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
• 5 years of experience supporting executives or senior leadership, preferably in luxury hospitality or a related field
• Experience working with ownership groups, boards, or high-net-worth stakeholders
• Exceptional ability to exercise discretion, confidentiality, and independent judgment
• Must have flexible availability to work on evenings, weekends, and holidays (as needed)
