Duties
- Assist with food preparation, ensuring all items meet quality standards and safety regulations.
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and cash handling.
- Serve customers efficiently, providing friendly service and upselling menu items when appropriate.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment.
- Manage food safety protocols including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures.
- Support bussing duties by clearing tables and ensuring the dining area remains tidy.
- Handle cash transactions accurately while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail food environments is preferred but not required.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry.
