Qualifications:

- Basic maintenance, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting and spackling, skills and experience
- Possess reliable transportation and basic "day to day" tools of the trade
- Ability to stay flexible with tasks/work environment - every day is something new
- Driven/self-motivated - does not need direction at all times
- Personable and polite with clients
- Ability to lift 80 lbs
- Reliable
Work Requirements:
- Basic home repairs & property maintenance
- Greet and engage clients in their homes both with a team and on solo projects
- Move heavy furniture, appliances, and equipment safely and efficiently, while protecting items
- Paint surfaces and apply stain as needed
- Follow workplace health and safety rules
- Load and unload tools and equipment from work vehicles
- Coordinate service with customers and handle complaints professionally
- Accurately log billable hours using our time tracking app
- Manage job details, review daily tasks, and follow up with customers using our handyman app
Background check and/or drug test may be required.

We need someone who:
- Is comfortable interacting with clients and maintains our high level of integrity with all clients, co-workers, & contractors
- Can handle a little bit of everything (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting...you name it!)
- Is dependable, self-motivated, and can lift heavy stuff (literally and figuratively)
Open to W2 or 1099 arrangement to start.
We do everything from big projects like deck builds to smaller ones like hanging a TV or fixing a light. We believe the work we do really makes a difference in people’s lives, and we need a team who gets that.
