Superintendent – Home Repair & Remodeling

The Honey Do Service, Inc. is hiring! We’re looking for a skilled and experienced Superintendent to join our team of trusted home improvement professionals. Our ideal candidate will be organized and professional with a good overall knowledge of all trades from carpentry, painting, and drywall to light plumbing and electrical. We want someone with excellent customer service skills, including solid communication and interpersonal abilities. It is crucial that interactions with customers and co-workers be positive, trustworthy, and professional.
Our Superintendent is responsible for the oversight of our craftsmen and projects. They supervise and maintain jobsite cleanliness and quality, conduct safety meetings, and monitor uniforms and vehicles. They order and deliver job materials, tools, and rental equipment when needed. They maintain an industry level of skill and productivity, as well as set and monitor the pace of production. Requirements:
- 15 years of experience at minimum
- Strong leadership qualities
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to oversee carpentry, painting, drywall, and minor electrical and plumbing
- Strong people skills and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as a member of a team
- Valid Driver's License
- Understanding of building products and equipment rental process
- Ability to pass a background check with no felony convictions and a drug test
