Sales/Project Management Trainee

The Home Team Roofing is excited to announce that we are expanding our Project Management and Sales Team! We are seeking motivated individuals with backgrounds in construction, sales, and client management. While experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidates who possess the ambition, work ethic, and aptitude to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and develop new client relationships
• Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Meet with homeowners for in-home consultations
• Conduct residential property and roof inspections
• Coordinate with insurance carriers and adjusters
• Execute contracts with clients
• Manage projects from contract to completion

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Texas driver’s license
• Reliable vehicle
• Cell phone with internet access
• Basic computer literacy
• Strong teamwork mentality
• Self-motivated, go-getter attitude
