Rental customers need assistance finding the right tool, equipment or vehicle for their project/job and understanding correct product usage. Recommend alternative solutions to meet their needs. Maintain rent-ready status with ongoing repairs and preventative maintenance. Customers need additional assistance loading bulky rentals. Maintain D78 Rental standards and ensuring all tools and equipment are rent ready Ensure Rental Center, parking lot, and cage are clean, uncluttered, and well-organized Turn tools quickly, cleaning and attaching completed service tags. Place them in their proper location Explain Damage Protection with every rental
