What are the responsibilities and job description for the Talent Sourcing Project Specialist position at The Home Depot?
Provide support in project/request discovery and planning efforts, including the formulation of project scope, definition of project deliverables, required delivery dates, data gathering and tasks to be performed. Works directly with data owners to gather necessary information to manipulate, load and prepare weekly and monthly internal reporting. Distribute generated reports according to distribution lists as well as upload reports to designated MyApron and Sharepoint sites. For internal initiatives, information research and gathering would be necessary to develop content and training materials. Receive, prioritize and execute ad hoc requests using tools such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Access) in the preparation of reports and presentations. A successful Project Specialist will possess and demostrate organizational and leadership skills, analytical ability, and strong follow-up and cummunication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- 20% Project/request discovery and planning efforts.

Direct Manager/Direct Reports:
- Typically reports to Sr. Manager/Director.

Travel Requirements:
- Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Physical Requirements:
- Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Working Conditions:
- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
- Must be eighteen years of age or older.
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
