The Senior Manager of Retail Media Partnership Management will cultivate relationships with a dedicated set of Home Depot's top vendor partners to drive a best-in-class Retail Media supplier experience. These partnerships require a strategic, consultative business development approach. This individual will build relationships with key vendor contacts, propose innovative solutions that build long-term value for all stakeholders, and effectively negotiate incremental business opportunities. This is a unique opportunity to join a small, highly visible team that's reshaping digital advertising in the world's largest home improvement retailer. The Senior Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams for campaign planning and execution to drive more innovative campaign offerings for Home Depot clients. This role will manage a team of vendor-focused associates, ensuring that innovation and effective strategies are implemented across their span of influence.
Key Responsibilities:
- 10% Billing Support - Support billing & invoicing processes for assigned vendors
- 15% Campaign Reviews - Support annual planning process, quarterly campaign reviews, and regular check-ins with vendor(s)
- 10% Collaboration - Collaborate with Paid Media Sr. Manager & Sr. Dept. Marketing Leads to deliver robust vendor campaign plans
- 15% Manage Analyst - Manage Paid Media Analyst to deliver campaign & strategy level performance reports to vendor(s); Collaborate with Audience-aligned marketing execution teams to offer innovative campaign opportunities to vendors; Supervise Sr. Media Strategy Specialists to develop unique, department aligned campaign offerings for Retail Media vendors.
- 50% Relationship Manager - Serve as primary point of contact & relationship manager for a dedicated set of premium Home Depot vendors; Partner with vendors to identify strategic goals; and then, develop strategies that upsell existing relationships by utilizing full portfolio of capabilities and assets, including test & learn pilot proposals; Support onboarding & training as needed to fully engage suppliers in retail media offering; Accountable to revenue targets for select vendor partners.

Travel Requirements:
- Typically requires overnight travel more than 10% of the time.
Physical Requirements:
- Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Working Conditions:
- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
- Must be eighteen years of age or older.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a business-related field, and/or master's degree in business / technical field
- 7 years of professional experience focused in sales, account management, product marketing, product management, or related fields
- Experience working with SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience working with Salesforce, CRMs, and/or project management tools
- Experience in digital media, retail e-commerce, marketing / advertising technology, and n-site advertising products.
- Experience supporting long term client relationships, particularly major consumer brands
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation, organization and project management skills
- Experience managing projects and working with cross-functional stakeholders
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to triage needs across multiple stakeholders
- Ability to manage deadlines & milestones across multiple simultaneous projects
