What You’ll Lead & Achieve
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including appliance delivery, installation, customer experience, and partner satisfaction.
- Inspire, coach, and develop a diverse team while shaping a positive, people‑focused culture.
- Drive performance across safety, service levels, compliance, and productivity.
- Lead and mentor a salaried leadership team to ensure alignment, engagement, and operational excellence.
- Partner closely with corporate leaders and The Home Depot to uphold service standards and exceed expectations.
- Manage budgets, optimize fleet and staffing resources, and strengthen processes across the operation.
- Direct leadership of driver/helper delivery teams operating 26ft box trucks.
- Strong track record in driver management, final‑mile/home delivery, or transportation operations.
- Knowledge of DOT safety standards and commitment to a safety-first culture.
- Experience managing multiple routes, dispatch schedules, and operational workflows.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Experience with routing, dispatch, or logistics software (preferred).
- Ability to analyze data to solve problems and drive improvement.
- 3–7 years of leadership experience in Operations, Logistics, Transportation, or related field.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- A people-first leadership approach—motivational, steady, and rooted in integrity.
- Strong communication, time management, and analytical abilities.
- Proven success in building high-performing teams and developing leaders.
