The primary role of a Mini Bar Attendant is to effectively maintain the guest room mini bars. Their job duties require style and service attributes that are key to creating a positive guest experience.
What You'll Do
You will deliver excellent customer service by interacting with guests in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner while maintaining proper etiquette at all times. You will manage and maintain minibar inventory for all guest rooms, accurately recording consumed or missing items and ensuring proper billing procedures are followed. Responsibilities include keeping minibars clean, defrosted, fully functional, and stocked with fresh products that meet expiration standards. You will maintain organized and clean minibar work areas, monitor supply levels, and place orders according to Room Service Ordering SOPs. You will promptly communicate guest requests, service issues, or charge discrepancies to supervisors, adhere to Do Not Disturb (DND) procedures, uphold appearance and uniform standards, and collaborate positively with coworkers and supervisors. All duties will be performed in accordance with The Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel’s policies and procedures, along with any additional tasks as assigned.
