What You’ll Do

In addition, you’ll answer phones, book and confirm reservations through OpenTable, prepare for large parties, and complete daily confirmation calls. Throughout each shift, you’ll maintain a welcoming hostess stand, stay knowledgeable about menus, specials, hotel offerings, and local attractions, and ensure all guest interactions are handled with care, efficiency, and professionalism.
