Their job duties require style and service attributes that are key to creating a positive guest experience. What you will doAs a PBX Operator, you will deliver exceptional customer service by answering and managing calls with professionalism and efficiency. You will accurately transfer calls, ensure proper follow-through on guest needs, and communicate effectively with all departments regarding guest inquiries and requests. Your role includes maintaining strong knowledge of all hotel offerings, outlets, operating hours, an in-house event, while also providing general local information to assist guests. You will be responsible for upholding confidentiality and ensuring the PBX and back-office areas remain clean and well-organized. Additionally, you will prioritize and complete assigned duties within each shift, support a positive and collaborative team environment, promptly address guest concerns, and follow all policies and procedures set forth by the Hollywood Roosevelt. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
