Join Our Client as a Tech & IT Recruiter – Thrive in a Dynamic, Forward-Thinking Environment

Our client, a leading organization in the investment management sector, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Recruiter to bolster their talent acquisition efforts. Compensation

$110,000 – $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a 25% bonus and comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruiting initiatives for technical and IT roles, efficiently managing sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific staffing needs and tailor effective sourcing strategies.
• Cultivate relationships with prospective candidates through proactive outreach, referrals, and networking channels.
• Evaluate candidate skills and cultural fit, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and role requirements.
• Facilitate seamless interview processes and guide candidates from application to offer acceptance with a professional, engaging approach.
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines, leveraging applicant tracking systems and CRM tools to optimize talent sourcing efforts.
• Support various hiring models, including contract, contract-to-permanent, and permanent placements, to meet diverse organizational needs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting practices, fostering a positive and collaborative HR environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of comprehensive recruiting experience, preferably within professional services, IT, or technology sectors.
• Proven expertise in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, evaluation, and engaging high-caliber talent.
• Strong familiarity with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and candidate relationship management platforms.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building robust relationships with stakeholders across different levels.
