People Strategy Partner

Compensation

$45-$47/hr (equivalent to approximately $95K-$110K annually for permanent placement)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with managers and employees, acting as the primary HR contact within assigned departments.
• Provide guidance and interpret organizational policies to ensure a fair and compliant work environment.
• Develop and implement effective talent strategies that support workforce planning and employee engagement.
• Offer coaching to managers to strengthen their leadership and people management skills.
• Lead local execution of HR initiatives, ensuring best practices are embraced and integrated.
• Advise on organizational structure, job roles, and compensation strategies to align with business objectives.
• Respond to various HR inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution of employee concerns.
• Support performance management processes and drive engagement initiatives within departments.
• Partner with HR functions to enhance employee relations and support workforce development efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational psychology, business administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience working closely with leadership on talent and people initiatives.
• Proven track record of delivering HR services in large, complex organizations with over 10,000 employees.
• Relevant experience in sectors such as healthcare, academic medicine, research, biomedical/pharma, or government is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR functions, especially employee and labor relations.
• Familiarity with organizational design, job description development, and compensation practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Workday is a plus.
