Our client, a respected nonprofit organization, is seeking a dedicated contract Bilingual Client Advocate (English/Russian speaking) for approximately 3 months. In this role, you will support clients through intake, case management, referrals, and employment-focused guidance.
Compensation: $17 per hour*

Responsibilities
- Maintain organized case management files and provide supportive services and referrals
- Lead the intake process and help clients define clear educational and occupational goals
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with public and private sector organizations to strengthen placement efforts
- Assess client needs and coordinate appropriate support services through timely referrals and program orientation
- Facilitate workshops for diverse members of the community
- Support clients in completing employment materials, including job applications and resumes
- Follow up with prospective agencies and employers to keep employment leads current
- Perform additional related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Up to one year of experience in case management, job development, or general office support
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work with individuals across diverse educational, socio-economic, and cultural backgrounds
- Bilingual Russian skill required
