Bilingual Office Assistant
Our client is looking to hire a Bilingual Office Assistant for a 1-2 -month contract position to provide front desk administrative support for their busy Boston office. This role requires great customer service and multi-tasking skills, and the ability to manage a variety of responsibilities. This position will be 5 days onsite and require candidates to be bilingual in English and Spanish communication.
Compensation: $18-$19 per hour*

- Answering phones, meeting/greeting visitors, filing, sorting, updating records and basic clerical duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Bilingual in English and Spanish communication (written/oral)
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Must be reliable, driven and a self-starter
- Tactful, adaptable, coachable; able to take direction and follow instructions
- 0-2 years of office experience
