Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our vibrant educational team. This role involves implementing engaging lesson plans, managing classroom dynamics, and supporting the developmental needs of preschool-aged children.
Duties
- Help implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning in various subjects including Math and literacy.
- Read stories to children in an engaging and fun way.
- Manage classroom effectively, ensuring a positive and respectful environment for all students.
- Provide care for children between 2.5-6 years old, focusing on their emotional, social, and physical needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment conducive to learning.
Experience
- A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in private school settings is advantageous but not required.
- Familiarity with lesson planning techniques and classroom management strategies is essential.
- Previous experience working with toddlers or preschool-aged children is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques to support diverse learning needs is beneficial.
