The Plot Thickens: Job Description
- Account leadership: Oversee multiple accounts, and dive in deep when needed, to ensure the deliverables are streamlined and exceed client expectations.
- Manage direct report(s) and act as a coach to team members, providing feedback to help staff grow and advance in their careers at Hoffman.
- Client relations: Develop strong relationships with clients by leading client meetings, providing recommendations, and setting expectations for program execution and results.
- Media relations: Drive strategy, and participate in pitching, to secure coverage that meets client objectives.
- Content creation: Review key content pieces and drive development of PR plans for clients.
- Measurement: Track results against quarterly and annual goals and adjust as needed to ensure the metrics are achieved.
- New business: Contribute to RFPs and participate in new business presentations as needed.

- Strong interpersonal and time management skills
- Adept with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office
