Position Summary
An internationally recognized Brazilian steakhouse is opening a brand-new restaurant in Durham, NC and we're building the Founding Team now!
This is an exciting opportunity to join a new restaurant from the very beginning and help create an exceptional guest experience from day one.
We're hiring across both front-of-house and back-of-house positions and are looking for energetic, dependable, hospitality-minded people who enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Whether you're an experienced restaurant professional or interested in starting a career in hospitality, you'll have the opportunity to receive paid training, learn from experienced restaurant leaders, and grow with a highly successful international hospitality organization.

What We're Looking For

- Dependability and strong attendance
- Willingness to learn and participate in hands-on training
- Ability to communicate and work effectively with teammates, restaurant leadership, and guests
- Restaurant, hospitality, culinary, or customer-service experience is welcomed, but opportunities are available for candidates with varying levels of experience
