About the Role
We are seeking a Civil Engineer to join the Glenwood Springs, CO office. In this role, you will:
- Draft and design civil engineering plans with strong CAD proficiency
- Support site development projects, including grading and drainage design
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to deliver accurate, timely work
- Prepare technical drawings, models, and reports to support project execution
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards, codes, and client requirements

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred
- 2–3 years of civil engineering experience
- Strong drafting and CAD proficiency (must have)
